The First-Ever Toyota Crown Signia SUV Arrives in 2024

Toyota unveils the 2025 Toyota Crown Signia, a notable addition to the North American SUV market. Joining the Crown sedan, the Crown Signia will provide a premium driving and ownership experience with its hybrid powertrain and luxurious design, continuing a tradition of excellence that dates back to 1955.

Hybrid Power and Efficiency

At the heart of the Crown Signia is its hybrid powertrain, boasting a 2.5L DOHC four-cylinder engine complemented by two electric motor generators. This combination delivers a robust 243 system net horsepower. Its efficiency is equally impressive, with a preliminary manufacturer-estimated fuel consumption of 6.5 L/100km combined. The standard Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive ensures stability and performance in various driving conditions.

Distinctive Design and Comfort

The Crown Signia’s design exudes confidence and elegance. Its exterior is highlighted by a signature monochromatic grille, sleek roofline, and available imposing 21-inch wheels. The interior matches this exterior sophistication with soft touch materials, leather-trimmed seating, and a panoramic glass roof, creating an atmosphere of premium comfort.

Cutting-Edge Technology

Technology is at the forefront with a 12.3-inch Toyota Multimedia touchscreen, integrating seamlessly with the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 suite for enhanced safety and convenience. The Crown Signia offers an array of connected services, including Cloud Navigation, Intelligent Assistant, and Destination Assist, alongside a JBL Premium audio system for an immersive audio experience.

Spacious and Functional

Functionality meets style with the Crown Signia’s spacious interior. The quiet cabin features a fold-flat second row, unveiling a 6.5-foot-long cargo area, perfect for various lifestyles. The attention to detail extends to noise reduction, with acoustic glass and other materials minimizing external sounds for a serene driving experience.

Safety and Assistance

The Crown Signia is equipped with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 that provides features like Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. Additional safety options include the Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and advanced driver assistance systems for peace of mind.

The Toyota Crown Signia is expected to be available at dealerships across Canada in Summer 2024, further expanding Toyota's diverse range of electrified models and contributing to the brand’s “Beyond Zero” vision. Pricing will be announced closer to launch.
